Our 7-step clothing
manufacturing process.
Every order moves through these seven stages with fixed checkpoints, daily WhatsApp updates and a quality gate at each transition.
01
Concept & Tech Pack
Send a sketch, reference garment or finished tech pack. Our design team converts ideas into production-ready specifications including fabric, trims, measurements and BOM.
02
Sampling
Development samples shipped in 7–14 days via DHL/FedEx. Iterate fit and quality until perfect. Pre-production sample (PPS) and size-set sample included.

Pattern & Grading
CAD pattern making on Gerber/Lectra-compatible systems. Full-size grading XS–3XL with marker optimisation for fabric efficiency.

Material Sourcing
Fabrics sourced according to customer specifications from approved textile suppliers in Pakistan. GOTS organic cotton and GRS recycled polyester on request. Trim and accessory sourcing in-house.

Cutting & Sewing
Automated cutting and skilled-operator sewing at our Haji Pura, Sialkot manufacturing facility. Bulk runs of 50–10,000+ pieces. Daily photo updates to buyer WhatsApp.

Quality Control
4-stage inspection — fabric, in-line, final random and pre-shipment — all to AQL 2.5 standard. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, BV) supported.

Packaging & Shipping
Polybag, hangtag, master carton packing. FOB Karachi, CIF or DDP door-to-door shipping with commercial invoice, B/L and GSP+ Form A.
