Concept & Tech Pack
Send a sketch, reference garment or finished tech pack. Our design team converts ideas into production-ready specifications including fabric, trims, measurements and BOM.

Sampling
Development samples shipped in 7–14 days via DHL/FedEx. Iterate fit and quality until perfect. Pre-production sample (PPS) and size-set sample included.

Pattern & Grading
CAD pattern making on Gerber/Lectra-compatible systems. Full-size grading XS–3XL with marker optimisation for fabric efficiency.

Material Sourcing
OEKO-TEX certified fabrics from Faisalabad, Karachi and Lahore mills. GOTS organic cotton and GRS recycled polyester on request. Trim and accessory sourcing in-house.

Cutting & Sewing
Automated cutting and skilled-operator sewing at our Haji Pura manufacturing facility. Bulk runs of 50–10,000+ pieces. Daily photo updates to buyer WhatsApp.

What is the minimum order quantity at Thread Hives?
Our MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style per colour for t-shirts, polos and hoodies. Fitness Wear and knitwear start at 50 pieces, and denim starts at 50 pieces. This makes us one of the few Pakistani manufacturers built to support emerging brands and established retailers alike.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Sample development: 7-14 days. Bulk production: 12–20 days from order confirmation. Add 22–35 days sea freight or 3–7 days air freight. Total first-order timeline is typically 60–80 days; repeat orders move faster.
Do you ship to the USA, UK and Europe?
Yes. We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia and the GCC. We offer FOB Karachi, CIF and DDP door-to-door with full export documentation prepared in-house.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Thread Hives is a direct manufacturer with our own facility in Daska, Sialkot District, Punjab, Pakistan. We do not subcontract — every garment is produced in-house. You can verify on our factory-tour page with real production photos.
What certifications does your factory hold?
We operate under WRAP, BSCI, Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and ISO 9001:2015. Organic and recycled product lines run under GOTS and GRS certification. REACH-compliance declarations are provided for EU shipments.
Can you produce private-label clothing under my brand?
Yes. Private-label is our primary service. We manufacture under your brand name with your woven labels, hangtags, polybags and custom packaging. Full IP and exclusivity guaranteed via mutual NDA before technical discussions begin.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We accept wire transfer (T/T) and L/C for orders above $50,000. PayPal and credit card available for sample charges.
What fabrics do you work with?
Cotton, cotton blends, jersey, French terry, fleece, brushed-back fleece, performance polyester, recycled rPET, denim (9–14 oz), modal, viscose, ringspun and combed cotton, and GOTS organic cotton sourced from Pakistani mills.
Do you offer sustainable and organic clothing manufacturing?
Yes. We produce GOTS-certified organic cotton apparel, GRS-certified recycled polyester garments, and offer low-impact dyeing, water recycling and recycled-content packaging on request.
