1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Thread Hives website and our apparel and sports equipment manufacturing services. By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Manufacturing Services

All manufacturing services are subject to a separate quotation or purchase agreement. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Production begins after order confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, trademarks, tech packs, and artwork provided by clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Thread Hives uses these materials solely for the purpose of manufacturing the requested products and does not claim ownership of any client-owned intellectual property.

4. Quality & Returns

Every order undergoes strict quality control throughout the production process. Any claims regarding defective or incorrect products must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Our liability is limited to replacing the affected products or providing an appropriate credit where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Thread Hives’ total liability shall not exceed the total value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our manufacturing services shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, by the competent courts located in Sialkot, Pakistan.
